Job Description
- The candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Conduct Training and Assessments for freshers.
- Create Training Courseware and Artifacts.
- Mentoring of fresher batches.
- Coordinating with stakeholders (LnD, BU, External) for training and assessment.
- Proactively plan and execute the additional responsibilities assigned.
- The consultant should have relevant experience as a trainer using the below mentioned technologies.
Primary Skills
- Should be well versed in Cloud Technologies Such as Docker, Kubernets, AWS/GCP & Devops Technologies, GIT, Sonarcube, Maven/Gradle.
- Should have 2 or more skills on Oracle – (SQL, PLSQL, ADV SQL and PLSQL), Scala , Machine Learning , Deep Learning , Data warehouse Concepts, MS-SQL , ETL (Informatica/Talent Data Integration) , Cloud based data warehouse (Snowflake/Azure Synapse)
- Should be well versed in Database concepts, Core Java 8, Spring 5, JPA, Angular/React, DevOps tools(Git,Sonar,Gradle/Jenkins)
- Should have good communication skills and should be a proactive contributor
Secondary Skills
- Should have a flair for teaching and mentoring.
- Should be capable of motivating freshers and generating interest towards coding.
- Should be smart and enjoy his/her work.
