Roles and Responsibilities
3- 5 years of relevant experience required
•High level of expertise in using MS office Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio
•Functional understanding of one or more of the following types of IT systems ERP (SAP, Dynamics), CRM (salesforce, MS CRM), E-Commerce, BOTS, HRMS, Accounting etc.
• In depth knowledge of at least one vertical Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Supply Chain, FMCG, Pharma, Healthcare, Engineering Design, Finance, Energy etc.
• Experience in gathering functional needs from Customers
• Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications, and training, saving the company cost
• Draft and maintain business requirements, align them with functional and technical requirements
- Good Problem Solving, Logical Reasoning and analytical skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in RA Role

- Exposure to SharePoint Online, 0365, SharePoint On Premise, .Net, MSBI, Azure, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate preferred
Good to Have
- A BA Certification is an added advantage
- Overseas experience is a plus
- Profile with a semi – technical / applications background
- A BE MBA IT will be an ideal fit. However MCA or other IT Related qualifications will also be considered.
- Experience with Cloud Application preferred.
