Should be a Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or MBA.
Basic knowledge of Capital markets is good to have
Basic Knowledge of Corporate Law specific to shareholder meetings would be an added advantage
Flexible to work in shifts including night shifts
Basic knowledge on MS office and keyboard skills
Daily processing of Shareholders meetings for 120 markets
Maintain High Level Quality standards as per client requirement.
Complete daily processing as per agreed client SLAs
