•  Experience with data exploration tools (Looker/Tableau, Google Data Studio/PowerBi, TopCoat.)

•  Experience with R or Python.

•  Ability to investigate data to explain anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and partner with the finance team as needed.

•  An understanding of cohort analysis and customer segmentation methodology and best practices.

•  Skilled communicator who can easily understand and translate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•  Proven ability to produce standardized, reusable, scalable dashboards, and reports.

•  Love for statistics and experience with statistical methods + fluency in experimental analysis and a/b testing.

• Strong ability to communicate insights verbally, visually, and in writing, take on loosely defined problems and distill complex findings into actionable recommendations.

• You care about reproducible work and have picked up tools to this end; you can teach others how to make their own work better and more meaningful.

Education and Experience:

· 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a data scientist or analyst, using SQL and working to manipulate and produce insights from large data sets.

· Bachelors in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.

· 2+ years working with visualization tools such as DOMO, Power BI, and Tableau, and creating impactful dashboards.

· Experience with Snowflake and Python

· 2+ years of retail or service-based Franchise data analysis.

· 2-3 years of financial analysis with excel or other lightweight tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
