• Perform collections analytics using various collections productivity matrices
• Support in maintaining relations with collections agencies
• Agency performance management – performance reporting, QA and training of agencies/ callers
• Maintain relations with collection agencies by monitoring and communicating their KPIs regularly
• Maintain and update collections SOPs on a time to time basis
• Initiating and implementation of collection strategies to improve overall productivity

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in collections (experience in Fintech industry preferred)
• Deep understanding of excel and data analysis (SQL knowledge preferred)
• Good communicator and a team player
• Good presentation skills
• Passionate about improving processes and taking initiatives
