• Be accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase out of Big Data and Analytics IT Solutions in Asia-Pacific and orchestrate responsible roles
• Manages customer requirements and consults the Business Departments proactively in optimizing the IT-Solution in regards to technical and commercial aspects.
• Planning activities for IT Solution within planning processes in close alignment with the experts in the Solution Team and Product/Service teams (Solution roadmap).
• Integrating IT Products/Services into customer’s environment according to customer specific needs to create required benefit for the customer
• Managing IT Solution’s dependencies and integration of involved IT Products/Services in close alignment with relevant Product/Service Owners. Take over accountability for interfaces.
• Analyzing and communicating KPIs (incl. service level targets for Solution and affiliated Products/Services, customer satisfaction and benchmarking)
• Contracting dedicated and extended team members

• Major in Computer Science or business-related IT studies (bachelor or master)
• General understanding of IT development and processes as well as understanding of the architecture
• Profound IT Data Analytics background – Data Analytics is your passion
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics related Analytics is a plus
• Experience with complex Analytics / Big Data solutions and underlying platforms (e.g. Spark, Hadoop, Microsoft Azure Data Services) is a plus
• Experience in successfully leading IT projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decisions)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
• Flexible, creative and pragmatic team player
• Personality: structured, goal-oriented, independent, systematic and efficient
• Very good English skills (verbal and written)
