Job Detail:
- Fields calls and respond to alerts
- Addresses technical problems by following defined procedures
- Monitors applications and respond to incidents
- Perform routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents
- Follows defined procedures for incident resolution
- Escalate to second level application or infrastructure support for new or high priority incidents
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
MODIFIED BASED UPON LOCAL REGULATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
0-3 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
