Creating new integrations for various teams and managing the previous ones.

Setting up an end-to-end ETL pipeline in a Java/Python-based project and dashboarding on Grafana.

Covering tech debts around framework and architecture.

Migrating the project from Client/Server architecture to ETL pipeline, for already written integrations.

Setting up an event streaming platform for the ETL pipeline using Kafka or similar tools.

Define and provide key metrics/insights for all the teams.

Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.

Design, Develop, Test, and Maintain application components.

Interact with customers of the application, help to improve the application s usability, and address issues reported.

Derive meaningful insights from the data.

Contribute to the data warehouse design and maintenance.

Report curation and data modeling.

2-4 years experience with Python using pandas, NumPy, and flask.

Demonstrable experience engineering ETL pipelines.

Exposure to large-scale systems and application architectures.

Strong understanding of relational databases and normal forms.

Strong understanding of SQL concepts and ability to write optimized and high-performing queries.

Experience building REST API and API Clients.

Experience with writing unit tests using unit tests or similar frameworks.

Experience in analytics domain and platform.

Good to have, but not mandatory – some working experience on Java (Spring Boot/Hibernate) based applications.

Experience with event streaming using Kafka/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ etc will be a big plus.
