Your Work

In this role, you will:

• Provide highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations
• Lead the development of annual operating plans, capital budgets and forecasts, and build business cases for new business initiatives (cost/benefit analysis)
• Develop, prepare, and analyze reports with highly complex analysis and data for management review, and presents to various levels of management
• Define business requirements and provide analysis to increase operational efficiency
• Provide analytical support for multiple, highly complex cross-functional projects simultaneously, establish work plans and timelines, coordinates with internal and external resources
• Manage, track, develop and monitor health of the business reporting inclusive of performance oversight for work types
• Manage, track, execute and monitor business continuity planning
• Create and maintenance staffing/work forecasting models inclusive of pricing/contract changes and new sourcing for onshore and offshore teams
• Validate vendor invoices for accuracy to enable management approval of charges
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly prioritize, execute, and drive completion of multiple competing analysis, reporting tasks, and ad hoc requests
• Ability to pull and manipulate data across multiple sources such as Salesforce, SAS, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, SharePoint Workflows, Microsoft Excel, etc.
• Strong communication, facilitation, business relationship management and attention to detail skills
• Ability to build effective relationship and presents to internal and external customers on analytics/reports/presentations that are critical for business continuity and data-driven decision making
