One of our clients, a leader in the IT Software Training space, is looking for a full-time Mentor / trainer with the following skills and experience. The candidate is expected to train corporate employees and also mentor junior trainers, taking interview etc.

Experience
Candidate should have over 10 years of experience mainly in areas of data/databases/ETL tools. Out of this 10 years, at least 6 years should be industry experience and a couple of years as corporate trainer. The role requires the candidate to deliver training in traditional databases like SQL and modern No SQL databases as MongoDB.
Skills and knowledge required:
- Candidate should have over 10 years of experience mainly in areas of data/databases/ETL tools. The role requires the candidate to deliver training in traditional databases like SQL and modern No SQL databases as MongoDB.
- The candidate should know Python programming as a mandatory skill and be able to ingest, extract, modify and engineer data for down stream application like Power BI and Tableau.
- Knowledge of Python packages as Numpy, Pandas is mandatory. Data visualization skill is good to have and not mandatory.
- Candidate should be willing to pick up Big data stack of Spark and HDFS or should have some basic understanding on big data stack.
- Good communication skills, documenting skills for technical work and able to create courses based on defined pedagogy on above areas and deliver.
- (Optional): Good to have: Data science basics, Knowledge of data handling in one hyper scaler like AWS Or Azure Or GCP
