• Working closely with database administrator, business teams and developers to ensure the data systems and reports are update/delivered on a timely manner.
  
• Working closely with business users to understand the report requirement and assist business user to develop on a new report or data extract by self serve.
• Work closely with the 3rd party vendor to understand the changes that will be impacted to the current datawarehouse.
• Supervise engineers on resolving issues within the SLA If there any issues that cannot be resolved will advise the suitable solution and agreeable by the stakeholders.
• Create/develop business reports that provide insights into key data points and management reporting.
  
• Collaborate with data stakeholders and stewards on the verification and the accuracy of the information collected.
  
• Document and analyze the data mapping by reverse engineer Talend ETL jobs.

Requirements

• Strategic, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate well technically, both orally and in written form.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Three to five years of experience in reporting.
• Highly proficient in SQL and experience in AWS Redshift, SAP BO, Talend ETL, Tableau dashboard development tools
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
• Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow.
