Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
We are seeking an outstanding Product Analytics Manager to join BizAcuity’s Business Intelligence team. We deliver business intelligence solutions to a diverse set of organizations by understanding their complex data sets. If you join our team, your work will have an immediate influence on our client’s day-to-day decision making and drive the adoption of new Business Intelligence solutions.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to :
• Develop roadmap of advanced analytics (data science, AI / ML) and automation products and lead a team of engineers, analysts, and data scientists to deliver substantial and sustainable productivity and experience gains per vision and strategy of the organization.
• Focus on ensuring faster, smarter, and efficient service management ecosystem while fireproofing our operations from issues to improve credibility and reliability of our services.
• Liaise with business strategy, operations, platform, and solution teams to understand business needs and build product roadmaps aligned with the overall functional capability architecture.
• Demonstrate thought leadership, proactivity, passion, and customer centric mindset to influence organization to shape product strategies and to onboard next generation capabilities.
• Lead and deploy teams to explore fitment of advanced analytics and automation solutions to cater to capability gaps through well-defined and accelerated execution of proof of concepts or MVPs.
• Industrialize and scale successful proof of concepts to usable and useful products.
• Prioritize and execute projects while using resources efficiently to incur optimal cost and maximum gain.
• Lead automation and advanced analytics workstreams of global programs to improve customer experience and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelors degree preferably in engineering, or computer science. MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in product management or program management preferably in the space of building AI/ML products involving experience
• Overall 11+ years of experience in technology projects: preferably in software engineering, analytics, automation, or technology architecture.
