Roles & Responsibilities

• Trained in gathering, validating, and documenting various system information and requirements
• Responsible for carrying out in-depth evaluation and estimation of the prospect requirement and acting as the intermediary between end-users and software developers
• Responsible to understand customer end objectives and provide relevant solutions.
• Project requirements documentation and also crafting business proposals/contracts
• Perform presales activities like bidding, efforts estimation, and preparing technical proposals’
• Acquainting yourself with all products & services offered by our company
• Handling any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Reporting Authority
• Experience in email marketing and cold calling will be an added advantage or preferable

Functional Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with all levels of an organization
• Strong planning, analytical, and documentation.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Web technology, and related languages
• Ability to work with processes established to retain critical knowledge and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Analysing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• A high degree of attention to quality, detail and deadline

Experience & Expertise

• Good knowledge of MS office.
