MIS Executive (BPO Background Preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Handling database management by using Advanced Excel tools & MS Access.
2.Should be proficient with Advanced Excel Formulas such as, Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional
formatting, count IF, Sum IF.
3.Compares results to forecast and identify opportunities for improvement.
4.Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
5.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports sent.
6. Provide daily/intra-day performance reports to leadership
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Min Graduate
- Experience should be 2-4 yrs in MIS executive profile.
- Should have Good Communication Skill.
- Candidate should be from BPO background.
- Flexible to work for 6 days
- Flexible with shifts
Location : Tin Factory, Bangalore
Salary: From 2.5 Lacs to 4 Lacs
