Responsibilities will include:

• At Better, you are going to be the first ML product manager to develop the early stage of the ML platform. If you are looking to establish something new, something different, this is the opportunity.

• You own a coherent ML vision, strategy, and roadmap by leading collaborative decision-making processes with relevant stakeholders.

• You will work closely with world-class engineers, product managers, and data scientists to build the first machine learning platform at Better. Drive execution and impact, delivering products through the design, development, and testing process

• Evangelize ML products and drive platform product adoption

• This role is designated as Remote Mode, and employees are not expected to report into a Better office at any time. Please note that given the required interactions with clients in the field, this position requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

About You:

• You are a leader who delivers value to the business by inspiring teams to build new machine learning capabilities that add high fidelity value for users.

• Experience working with a Data Science/ML stack, including Python, Jupyter, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/Pytorch, AWS, Redshift, Snowflake

• You previously worked at ML platform before, and have a proven track record of delivering successful, customer centric ML platform.

• You are an excellent problem solver and communicator, who is highly engaged and able to communicate with strategy, design, analytics, and engineering teams with ease.

• You have at least 5 years of Product Management experience and delivering successful machine learning platform

• You take responsibility for decisions, make tradeoffs and participate in a culture of knowledge sharing and transparency
