Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
What will you be doing
Develop high-impact features end to end on web and mobile
Act as a tech lead and support hiring, retention, and team growth
Create and analyze A/B tests for new features
Work closely with PMs and designers to find the right approach to build a
feature
Provide feedback to engineers in the form of code reviews and comments on
technical documents
Provide technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle including design,
implementation, and delivery of scalable services and infrastructure
Experience and Skills
7+ years experience
Must be hands-on and coding 60% of time with strong engineering fundamentals
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Neo4j)
Has worked in agile, fast-paced environments, with distributed teams
Soft skills: Strong English communication (written and verbal), strong ownership, organized, fast, collaborative
Team lead and mentorship experience
Recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, offering, etc) is ideal
Full-stack engineering and good experience working on both front-end and back-end technologies
Our tech stack: Python, Django, React/React Native, AWS, MySQL.
