- SPOC for clients.
- Analyze POC, BRD, HLD & LLD.
- Prepare various documents, POC analysis report & HLD, LLD, scope document etc.
- Reviewed test reports, test completion report, HLD, LLD, API specifications & KT documents.
- Elicit, analyze requirements & present to tech team through flow diagrams & prototypes.
- Clear understanding of APIs, databases and servers. On a conceptual/architectural level.
- Work as a Scrum Master. Knowledge of Jira, scrum meetings, scrum reports is a must.
- Clear understanding of our products/integrations. Know all systems involved, data flows, and APIs
- Understanding on principles of project management, agile methodologies.
- Able to keep track of projects completed/ongoing/pipelined. End to end project responsibility.
- Be proactive, do not wait for information to come to you. Self learning is a MUST. We work in a fast paced environment, you should be up to speed.Roles and Responsibilities
