Responsibilities
1. Daily data analysis in online financial business, including data cleaning, preparation, reporting and modeling
2. Analyze the business problem on data
3. Design the data-driven business strategy
4. Build the predictive model to optimize the business results
5. Research and implement the new data analytical tools and algorithems
Requirement
1. Bachelor or Master degree in CS, Math, Statistics, Engineering
2. Master SQL language and familiar at least one analysis language in Python, Sas, R
3. Experience in data analysis, including data cleaning/preparation, reporting, modeling
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English
5. Strong logical thinking and analyics skills
6. Retail finance industry experience is a plus.
