Role:

This is a techno-functional role involving various configurations of products offered on the BankBazaar.com website.

Location: Chennai

Salary: 15,000 take home/ monthly

Responsibilities:

• Understand the ticketing system and resolve the tickets within the standard SLAs
• Doing impact analysis of change requests before implementation and unit testing post implementation
• Handling bulk data requests in MS excel
• Maintain excellent data accuracy on daily tasks
• Communicate timelines and status of tickets / change requests with various internal teams (Product, Technology, Customer support)
• Highlight process improvement opportunities (Process flow, automation, audit mechanism, internal feedback) within the scope of the task assigned to the candidate
• Maintaining records of counts and other data of all the requests being worked on

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Data accuracy skills
• Good Written and Oral Communication skills
• Hands-on practice in MS Excel
• Knowledge of basic concepts in SQL queries and relational databases
• Knowledge of basic HTML coding is added advantage
