Job Description:

Bank of America’s Enterprise Credit Analytics and Transformation Strategy (ECATS) team is responsible for delivering high-quality global banking data for enterprise use, driving portfolio optimization and pricing strategy, developing credit reporting and analytics to provide insights to stakeholders, and ensuring Global Banking compliance with enterprise data-related standards and initiatives.

ECATS is seeking a Business Support Analyst to join the COO, Analytics & Business Intelligence Team.

The candidate’s responsibilities will include the following:

The Business Support Analyst will be the primary liaison with the Enterprise Credit COO Team managing and driving expense management, and will support the Technology Initiative Funding process for Enterprise Credit.

Responsibilities will also include strategy for ECATS people and processes, collaborating across each team within ECATS and with our Global Banking data stakeholders, Digital, Enterprise Data Strategy, Finance, HR, Technology and architecture teams to ensure an efficient, effective, and integrated approach to how we operate.

Desired Skills:

• Strong business acumen, with an understanding of ECATS key business support partners within Enterprise Credit as well as HR and Finance
• Experience with expense management and variance analysis; background in utilizing eLedger (SAP) for expense research
• Proficient in invoice and contract (statement of work) research within Ariba and Appian
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams, with the capability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies and environments
• Experience driving cross functional initiatives
