Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have relevant experience from IT/ Software Industry only.
- Good knowledge of documenting and communicating the results of your efforts FRD, BRD, SRS
- Coordinating with the IT developers
- Knowledge of testing software according to the requirement of client
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Proficient in Wireframing tools like:- Balsamiq or others
- Good knowledge of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD)
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Good knowledge in any tracking software i.e. milestone, Agile , JIRA
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Managing projects and monitoring performance
- Having good communication skill to deal with International clients for requirement gathering and discussion.
- Handle domestic client.
- Individually handle many project
