Job description
- Publish standard reports (e.g. OTP reports) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Co-operate closely with business teams and help them with high level data analysis
- Analyze existing processes and protocols and aid in improving the IT process
- Monitor key system performance metrics daily and highlight deviations
- Suggest improvement areas to improve performance and reliability of systems and applications
- Understand the root cause of problems, trouble shoot and document the same
Required Candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of MS excel, MS word, power point
- Knowledge of SQL query will be added advantage
- Sports background preferred
