• Develops sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining increased knowledge of their needs and challenges to implement effective solutions through Avtex offerings

• Identifies and assesses customer needs and works with Avtex sales and delivery teams to accurately scope and estimate effort for work involved

• Develops business case(s) which analyzes Return on Investment (ROI) and anticipated business results

• Leads internal and external customers through current state/future state gap analysis and executes requirements workshops to build an agreed upon set of functional requirements for defined Avtex offerings

• Partners with Solution Architects to ensure optimal fit of business application to business requirements

• Builds, reviews, and analyzes process flows, use cases, activity diagrams, interface designs etc. as required for the given project

• Creates and executes test plans involving use/test cases to validate the technical solutions built satisfy the clients functional requirements

• Assists in post-rollout user adoption activities ensuring the solution is fit for function, operating as expected, and is achieving the clients desired business outcomes/ROI

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working directly with external clients analyzing and implementing relevant Microsoft technologies in a consulting/professional services environment

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following processes specific to organizational transformation: process improvement, product development, and managing teams and work streams.

• Minimum of 5 years experience eliciting and documenting business processes leveraging methods such as BPMN and/or CMMN.

• Experience working within Azure DevOps or similar work management tool(s) used in project delivery

• Experience working with UML diagrams a plus.

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification a plus.

• Bachelor s degree preferred, Master s a plus.
