• Strong product and business analysis experience in domains in Risk Management such as Credit Risk, Operational Risk
• Able to provide product walkthrough following the product base Functional Specs strictly
• Must be able to defend the product nature and not to undertake customisations from the Customer
• Updates and captures gaps into Excel for tracking and escalation purposes; compares details to the breakdown structures of project work
• Work with Customer and internal teams on issues, follow up and resolution for projects / production support
• Work with internal teams to identify and resolve root cause of a problem
• Understand the configuration requirements on assigned project(s), paying particular attention to identification of technical limitations, performance impact, scope expansion, software release cycles
• Work on documentation to capture the business logics needed for the configurations, advising Customer of any customisation pitfalls
• Reviews and analyses initial plans, templates, and/or software documents to ensure continuity of configuration activities.
• Collaborates with other senior-level staff to prepare alternative solution required for the configuration
• Implements approved modifications to the configuration tasks
• Perform system review and propose improvement and prevention measures for the project tasks
• Have a quality mind-set with prevention attitude to attain zero defects

Qualifications / Skillsets required

• Prior experience working Loan Origination Systems or Collateral Management systems is a plus
• Knowledge of J2EE and use of Oracle SQL
• Must be technically competent to provide technical advice and proven experience in managing software releases / software development projects executed in both Agile and SDLC methodologies
• Experience in performing root cause analysis of production problems and provide quick service recovery if required
• Essential to have a can do attitude to work under multi-tasking environment
• Working knowledge of cloud-based technologies, or Data analytics is preferred
• Good communication skills
