Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities: –

• Extracting reports from various tools, analysis of data and providing to senior management
• To prepare Graphs & Power point presentation of various operations and presenting data
• To handle multiple reports, working with formulas like- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNT, COUNTIFS, COUNTA, IFERROR, MACRO, Pivot tables etc.
• To Prepare the MIS Dashboard/Reports on Daily, weekly & Monthly basis as per the management requirement. (Like Ageing, Overdue report, MTD,QTY,YTD sales Report, product wise comparison)
• Basic understanding of Receivable management & Order Management is required

Technical knowledge required: –

• Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI with M code and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
• Excel-VBA (Visual Basic for Application). Macros, Functions, User form, Report Automation, Dashboard Automation, Drafts Outlook Email automation, any other application from mail drafts automation, print automation, Presentation automation.
• Advances-Excel (Macros, V lookup, H lookup, Complex formulas like Array, Index, Match, Forecast, Sum-if, Sumi-fs, Count-if, Count-ifs, If, And, OR, charts, Data-validation, conditional formatting, Dashboard, and more.)
• MS-Outlook with VBA (Develop various type automation like auto reply Data/reports as per require/received mail and more.)
• MS Power Point (Prepare various type of presentation with automation use VBA programing)
