Roles and Responsibilities
1. Taking care of MIS.
2. Responsible for preparation and maintenance of the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports
as per the requirements.
3. Prepare reports for analyzing the gap between process flows.
4. Design & implement MIS Reports as required by the management.
5. Day to day follow up with different teams to ensure timely flow of MIS.
6. Handle internal and external MIS.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should be graduate in IT Domain, preferably MCA/BCA/B.Sc(IT)
2. Should have minimum 3-4 years experience in handling MIS operations for a Skill
Development project like DDU-GKY, PMKVY
3. Knowledge of segregation & collection of data from training centers , placement
coordinator, operational coordinator & uploading of error free data on the MPR and
Skill India portals
4. Should be good in MIS Dashboard and collecting, collating and reporting data
5. Should have knowledge in Advanced Excel, Filter, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Sum IF & Count IF.
5. Should be ready to travel as per requirement
