Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
ole: Development, maintenance, monitoring and analysis of GSuite Dashboards for companywide business processes
Responsibilities:
– Develop dashboards and Scorecards in Google Sheets with data collation from Google Forms
– Understanding business logic of processes and develop models on data collation, design and dissemination of data on GSuite platform
– Develop visualization in Google Data Studio of the collected data
– Maintenance and solution to bugs / errors in developed dashboards on a daily basis
– Ensuring Data integrity in collected data on an ongoing basis
Competencies:
– High expertise required on GSuite Applications (Google Sheets, Google Forms, GScript for applications in Google Sheets & Google forms)
– Understanding of Business processes and respective workflows (Procurement, HR, F & A, Projects etc.)
– High expertise required in conversion of Business Logic into System Logic
High competency in Google Sheet formulas (Query, Arrayformula, INDEX(MATCH), Data validation, Multiple condition formatting etc.) required.
