Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru( Bommenahalli )
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly overview reports for the organization.
- Prepare financial journal entries to ensure management and operational financials are accurate.
- Conduct recurring meetings with Branch Managers, Area Managers, and Area Directors to review the financials they oversee.
- Create and distribute financial power BI reports to operational teams
- Research, analyze, and draw conclusions based on the data collected.
- Provide financial data to Tax to support recurring tax payments
- Submit information to the pricing and proposals team to assist in answering financial-related questions for customer bids.
- Test recurring IT projects to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Create tables and data views that support financial reporting across the organization. (Power BI, Excel, Adaptive Insights, SQL)
Professional Skills:
- Income statement review and analysis and P&L review is required
- Should be good at advanced excel.
- Experience in managing multiple projects/deadlines
- SQL queries, advanced Excel ( pivot tables, V-look ups, Sum Ifs)
