We are hiring for one of our ARA’s Client, an Analytics company, focusses on ESG, Data Analytics, and Investment & Market research services for Pune Location.
The Role – Senior Analyst – Debt Capital Market
Experience – 2 to 4 Years
Qualification – MBA/CFA
Notice Period – Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities –
- Preparing DCM pitch books, capital structure analysis, debt profiles, credit memos, sales memos and road show presentations
- Creating issuer/target related analyses including market analyses, company profiles, credit highlights, balance sheet analyses, credit ratings assessment, and competitive benchmarking
- Working on newsletters including commentary, trading levels, recent issuances, economic events
- Preparing and collating Investor Profiles for road show schedules
- Should be familiar with databases such as Bloomberg, Dealogic, Loan Connector, etc.
- Deep understanding of the fixed income market
- Expert in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Power Point
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in DCM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in preparing DCM pitch books, profiles, screening, trading and transaction comps, as well as credit memo
- Proficiency in financial modeling, including detailed 3 statement forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, discounted cash flow valuation, capital structure modeling, LBO and merger modeling
- Knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Reuters, Factset, and Mergermarket
- Self motivated, with a strong desire to learn and deliver
