Your role

• You will be leading the Engineering Group working on Active Safety projects. In particular you will be responsible for:
• Managing a team of 10-15 engineers
• Involved in resource planning, budget forecast and control
• Project deliverables with adherence to schedule, risks, quality and customer requirements
• Streamline SW Development process across OEM projects, provides technical direction, conducts regular project reviews and take corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules
• Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets

Your Background:

• BE/B.Tech (Computer Science / Electricals / Electronics / Communication)/Any PG with an experience of 10-14 years
• Python – Tools development
• Production web deployment.
• Front-end development using React.js.
• Server-side development using Django.
• Docker and/or singularity.
• Cloud services like AWS EC2, Azure VMs etc.
• Application development utilizing HPCC or distributed computing environment.
• Dev-ops.
• Min 3+ years in leading Project Execution, SW Project management experience involving multi-site development
