Qualifications:
- Candidate need to have prior experience with business analysis and some exposure to human resource.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, Workforce Planning and Analysis, Project Management, and/or related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and presentation.
- Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Developed project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and lead on projects across functional teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Visio, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
