Trade Analyst

This role will support duty mitigation projects including duty drawback and free trade agreements.

Responsibilities include:

• Recordkeeping activity for historical and current claims
• Pull ACE and SAP reports
• Obtaining airway bill records from Applied ERP systems and/or from logistics web portals
• Creating and maintaining shipment reports
• Auditing logistics records for accuracy
• Ability to identify and resolve document discrepancies
• Prepare and provide claim reports to drawback provider
• Communicating with logistics providers and internal stakeholders
• Communication with suppliers, obtain and manage country of origin data and certificates of origin from suppliers
• Data analytics and metrics
• Maintain written procedures in support of program processes

Experience in SAP, duty drawback, free trade agreements helpful. Excel skills a must.
