• Proficiency with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management System (HCM)
• Decisions made with a thorough understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve results and deadlines.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and Fit-gap sessions
  Bachelors degree with 8-10 years of experience
