- Education: Bachelors degree
- Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts.
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, including the IT organization, executive leadership, and operations.
- Supervise the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for the internal stakeholders.
- These reports include both templated reporting and newly created reporting requests.
- Provide training to internal Permanents on how to utilize tools and reports.
- Manage the creation of dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Execute extemporary data analysis, participate in senior-level discussions, and provide findings and best practices to senior leadership.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize quality and efficiency in the organization.
