Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The business analyst is responsible for the identification and definition of the business needs of DSIT
stakeholders in the area of SAP PP/QM to help determine IT solution(s) to meet their business needs or resolve their business problem(s).
The business analyst will develop a deep understanding of the business, the processes, the applications, and the information and data, in the LSC portfolio, and provides business analyses support to delivery vertical teams and consultancy assistance to the Business stakeholders to drive value for the business.
Skills & Requirements:
• Working knowledge in SAP PP/QM concepts and processes.
• SAP PP/QM certification preferred
• SAP MM experience would be preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience in the above mentioned Skill sets.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and tools.
• Experienced in Business requirement gathering and scoping.
• Agile project experience.
• Knowledge of the technology landscape including current and future developments and the most
commonly available products and integrated solutions.
• Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pay close attention to
detail.
• Experience analyzing the alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Experience in Cross module integration with Sales & Distribution, Finance, Controlling and TAX
would be advantage.
• Basic Troubleshooting in ABAP would be added advantage
• Knowledge on S/4 HANA would be advantage
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to communicate concisely and clearly.

• Strong engagement skills, working with senior leaders on regular basis
• Need for strong team-working skills in a virtual environment; willingness to travel periodically
