An, Data Developer AFA / Worksite Description
- Develops ETL processes required to extract, transform, cleanse, and move data and metadata for loading into the data warehouse, data marts, ODS and enterprise databases. Will be required to work in relational environments. *Develops basic Business Intelligence (BI) applications. Writes or works with BI tools and analytic applications to allow business users to access and analyze data. Maintains the integrity of database structures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree – Knowledgeable of relational database systems (SQL Server/Access/Oracle- Experience with ETL (data extraction, transformation and load) methods and technologies – Experience working with SQL and visual query tools. – Ability to adapt to new technical environments and learn new tools. – Ability to create training programs and teach business users to use BI Tools and our associated data sources. – Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel. – Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and highly motivated – Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. – Ability to work cooperatively with others on group projects. – Ability to support the delivery of outcomes based on established project timelines.
