• Setting up conventional and non conventional news sources for Equities

• Finding out about potential events including earnings and dividends

• Detailed analysis of each event including potential moves

• Corporate actions analysis

• Macro event analysis and their potential effects on stock moves and directions

• Automating many of the above processes with the developers in the team

Qualifications:

• A keen interest in understanding the financial market, passed level-2 CFA exam, or equivalent work experience.

• Detail oriented, with a habit of error checking.

• A passion for new technologies and ideas

• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills

• Experience working in a Financial services firm

• Willing to learn new technologies/APIs as business demands.

• Familiar with Linux/Unix and Python
