Responsibilities

• Data reporting and data analytics
• Excel, SQL and Power BI skills.
• Documents, highlights/escalates CRM/ITSM tool issues.
• Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level and productivity.
• Ensure the quality of the deliverables as per the defined defects standards and excelling within that.
• Customer focus and close alignment with the business objectives.
• Actively participate in meetings and make valuable contribution.
• Take complete ownership for the assigned task and timely inform the progress of the project / task to all stakeholders.
• Has a keen desire to automate processes and generates new ideas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in an Analytics, Workforce Management, PMO team environment.
• Preferable – Hands on experience in Data analytics using analytical and visualization tools .
• Proficient in writing SQL stored procedures, functions in MS SQL Server.
• Preferably a B. Tech in Computer Science/Information technology or an equivalent degree.
• Hands on experience in using data analytics and visualization tools. Ex -Power BI
• Service Now, Sales force knowledge preferable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should be a collaborative team player
