Job Location: Chandigarh
Position Summary
- Deliver new technology products by working directly with technology, business, and operations partners to define and write requirements
- Proactively and independently work with stakeholders to construct use cases and associated standardized outputs and drive timely execution of product development
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement best industry practice solutions.
- Engage in end user research, significant data analysis, requirements writing, and wire frame design of new products
- Design testing strategies, engage in end user testing, supervise execution of test plan
- Present findings and project updates to stakeholders
- Research and analyze the vendors and leading mortgages/lending capabilities
- Strong attention to detail in both technical and non-technical capacity
- Deep understanding of mobile technologies
- Strategic thinker able to define and evaluate alternatives, and translate goals into specific project tasks
- Excellent communicator with solid written and verbal presentation skills
- Ability to navigate large data sets, source new data sets, and interpret data in actionable and meaningful ways with technology solutions
- Create business cases / story board based on the scope of product & project.
- This is a hybrid position though preference shall be given to person willing to relocate to Chandigarh permanently
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in creating detailed Business Requirement Documentation.
- Project level analysis producing documentation (use cases, business requirements, scope matrix, future state proposals, sequence diagrams, UAT & BAT plan)
- Deep understanding in BFSI, banking, wealth management, Loan Management Systems & fintech product development
- Good to have technology product management or software development experience if any.
- Experience with corporate software delivery methodologies including Agile
- Experience working with 3rd party API & technology service providers preferred
