Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
• Translate business requirements into insights, distilling reports into meaningful business insights for the team
• Work with key stakeholders including program, product, and others to understand business requirements and translate into system enhancements and capabilities
• Manages evolving business requirements, working with technical delivery team to develop & deliver on new requests (reports, system enhancements, capabilities)
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide operational support on reporting needs
• Provide root cause analysis to understand issues and gaps
• Research & devise solutions to address reporting issues in the near term while considering how such issues can be prevented and resolved in the long-term
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Successful experience in using Tableau to develop storyboard and reports
• High proficiency with SQL language and database management
• Proven analytical abilities
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communicator
• Process-driven and able to meet tight deadlines
• Expert knowledge of Excel
• Must be able and willing to work 2nd shift approx. 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, Monday through Friday
• Position is currently remote (work from home) due to pandemic
