Hiring for BI Data Engineer
Experience 3 to 8 Years
Job Location: Permanent WFH
Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Preferred OLAP Data Modeling experience & solution design
- Proficiency in cloud data integration (ETL/ELT), data mining,
- Plan, design, document, develop, test, troubleshoot and manage Data Warehouse & Data Lake solutions
- Familiar with sGithub, Service Now, Azure DevOps
- Conduct gap, risk, and impact analysis across our data & BI solutions
- Partner with infrastructure resources during the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of database platforms and code changes
- Delivering effective global Data BI in a timely manner
- Train and advise our customers on the proper usage and application of SGSs master, transactional and meta data
- Familiar with Datawarehouse & Data Lake data security models
Competency Requirements:
- Strong preference on understanding Modern Data Architecture and respective platforms Synapse Analytics and Snowflake
- Familiar with Azure, ADF/Snowflake Pipelines,
- Familiar with API integration.
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server
- Expertise with MSFT SQL Server components
- Experience with Power BI or equivalent visualization technology
- Experience with DAX / OLAP is a plus
