Responsibilities

• Develop and document carrier file feed exports, employee census feeds and payroll data exports with clients, carriers and vendors
• Configure platforms based on the needs outlined by client and carriers
• Analyze and interpret data requirements as provided by multiple sources
• Develop mapping and translations between the data elements in our platforms and the carriers and vendors
• Test files process from start to finish with all related parties
• Adhere to overall timelines for completing file connections
• Communicate collaboratively, extensively, timely and accurately with all parties

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HIPAA 834 files
• Expertise in Excel, experience with XML, text files
• Knowledge of EDI and benefits
• 2+ years of benefit and/or compliance experience and/or: an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of Employee Navigator, PlanSource and/or Businessolver, Preferred
• Critical thinking
• Independent problem solver
• Independent worker
• Can manage toward deadlines
• Detail oriented
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Very strong communication skills
