• Experience in working with IT Development

• Experience 2-4 Years.

• Good team management, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others.

• Identifies key project stakeholders and develops an appropriate stakeholder communication plan.

• Engages with a diverse group of stakeholders to influence the direction of projects to meet the project milestones.

• Team management/mentorship experience is a must.

• Should be good at resolving conflicts

• Experienced in segmentation methodology.

• Create/update/track user stories and acceptance criteria in DevOps/Jira.

• Create and maintain the Product Backlog efficiently.

• Prepare functional flows, solution design documents, user guides, system appreciation documents, creating reports and resolving production incidents along with change requests and enhancements.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups and other required meeting.
