As a Strategy & Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating business problems to inform strategy and drive product success. Analyze data, report insights and trends to enhance understanding and bridge gaps
• Understanding contributing factors and areas of opportunity to drive the business towards better and proactive decision making.
• Collaborating with Product Managers to develop and manage to key performance indicators
• Providing Data Intelligence by designing, developing, and building dashboards and data sources by leveraging enterprise reporting systems
• Leading and assisting in the technical design of queries and models with ETG Analytics and other stakeholders
• Working with Product Operations team and other stakeholders to develop and standardize insights for global metrics, progress, and risks
• Helping contribute to the future direction of our Product Operations function within ETG

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• Have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including experience with pivot tables, v-lookup, formatting
• Have experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Have experience analyzing data to provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to facilitate larger organizational initiatives
• Be able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Have a hunger to learn and solve problems to drive business outcomes.
