Role MIS Executive
Location Sector-49, Gurgaon (Work From Office)

Working Days – Mon – Sat (10-7pm)
Responsibilities: –
- Publish every hour and Day end reports/ MIS to Collection team members on collections /
visits / performance updates with different parameters.
- Validate the attendance of FOS (Monthly once) as maintained by Territory Lead.
- Responsible for uploading data in CRM that will be used for Sales Team Purpose.
- Support Territory Lead with relevant data analysis on performance management cluster-
wise and with different other views.
- Prepare a presentation for weekly reviews on collections / Manpower requirements /
performance management.
- Coordinate with the team for different queries related to reports and keep the entire
sales team updated on the same.
- Attend regular meetings / con-calls with teams.
- Having excel knowledge & E mail: Pivot functions including performance % mapping /
duplicate line / data analysis / PowerPoint / Conditional formatting/ text to columns
/convert CSV to excel / text to CSV/ Macros /Slicer /timelines functions.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills Support Ground Sales Team and coordinate
with Territory Lead for issues related to field levels.
- Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify
areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish
objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry
developments and trends.
- Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing security operations.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Motivating and disciplining staff.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Assisting with deliveries where required.
