• Responsible for developing data reports and publishing weekly/monthly dashboards.

• Partner with stakeholders to get relevant data present dashboards using HR Analytics tools.

• Maintain integrity accuracy of people data majorly related to compensation reports and employee headcount

• Set up provide management information reports to interpret data in a timely manner as and when required

• Develop, maintain and share weekly and monthly reports as per requirement.

Skills Required:

• Highly proficient in working on Advanced MS Excel (Including Macros, VBA, etc)

• Hands-on knowledge experience in managing databases

• Accuracy with data input, analysis, and reporting

• Ability to prioritize work effectively respond to routine data requests

• Knowledge of data analysis tools will be an add on
