Mandatory Skills:

1. Resource should have strong requirement gathering and validation skills
2. Resource should have knowledge of BFSI domain
3. Ability to document requirements in a meaningful manner
4. Ability to write story requirements and acceptance criteria
5. Ability to understand complex business processes
6. Ability to perform user acceptance testing
7. Ability to perform market research and bring it to closure
8. Basic Analytical skills
9. Good communication skills
10. Collection domain knowledge
11. Hard-working and Team player

Good to Have Skills:-

1. Basic technical knowledge
2. Knowledge of version control system
3. Knowledge of TSQL will be added advantage

JD and Suggested KRA:-

1. Will be responsible for writing user stories, acceptance for release, and clarifying any doubts with clients and SME
2. Understand customer (internal/external) needs and document the form of requirements
3. Responsible for performing UAT for the release
4. Participate in backlog prioritization and provide inputs
5. Assist in updating and maintaining product documentation like manuals, requirements etc.
6. Review test cases written by testing team
7. Peer review documentation done by other team members
8. Market research for product backlog items
9. Provide demo to internal and external stakeholders
10. Work with implementation team
