Job Description
Technical Capabilities:
- Tableau Developer (intermediate)
- SQL querying skills for data manipulation and exploration (intermediate)
- People analytics background will be a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related experience
- Experience with People dataset, SQL and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of data integrations, data lakes and data warehouses
Functional Skills
- Ability to look at the data through a strategic lens and assess the feasibility of potential solutions based on their impact to the organization’s future roadmap.
- Intermediate working knowledge of SQL
- Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau
- Intermediate to advanced business communication, presentation, and writing skills to effectively convey quantitative information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience demonstrating judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software; advanced knowledge of Excel.
