Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in understanding the technical platforms supporting to the Climate Solutions Research;
• Perform/Supervise data quality checks on research and provide detailed feedback to researchers;
• Ensure recurring identification of quality issues and engage with research teams to identify solutions;
• Facilitate the development of tools for automated quality control;
• Conduct root cause analysis for data lapses and gaps in coverage;
• Report regularly on progress made towards quality goals;
• Actively engage with the subject matter experts to build domain knowledge, identify changing industry trends and reporting patterns.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in the areas of Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control;
• Exposure to ESG research processes and ESG data sets, as well as a good understanding of the climate change frameworks;
• Strong analytical skills, analytical entrepreneurialism, and critical thinking are key;
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a constantly evolving and fast-paced international environment;
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Technical skills:

• Experience with data management and QA automation tools such as Power BI, MS Access or Python will be a plus;
• Strong business process management/improvement experience and knowledge;
• Experience and knowledge of quality management systems and tools;
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
