Designation : IT Analyst – Applications
Role Definition :
- Responsible for Implementing and Supporting Core and Business supporting Applications related to Lending Business
- Manage teams both On-roll and Vendor Resources to conceptualize, design, build, deliver, maintain and support business applications
Educational Qualifications:
B. Tech / BE
Any Business Administration Degree or DiplomaA
PMP / ITIL would add value
Experience
- Over 2 to 4 years of experience in Managing IT for Financial Services organisations (Lending preferably)
- Should have managed and delivered multiple projects Medium to Large related to Digital Lending Platforms, Mobile Applications, Workflow Management Systems (for Business Workflows), manage business rules, MIS and Data Analytics
- Should have delivered atleast 1 Digital Application and 1 mobile application
- Ability to manage change across the organization while implementing innovative initiatives
Preferred Skills
- Well versed with both SDLC and Agile methodologies in Application Development, Delivery
- Should have mplemented business applications both On Premise and On Cloud (Public / Private)
- Ability to interact with business teams, coordinate requirement gathering and convert them to Functional Specification Documents and discuss with relevant Vendors / Service providers to procure readymade / customizable applications
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, supporting Core Lending Applications like OmniFin, FinnOne, R System
- Any experience in implementing a CRM system would add value
